How it works

Step 1:

After sending in your inquiry, we'll have a free consultation call over the phone to understand you better and grasp your travel style.

When you're ready to proceed with our trip planning services, we'll send you an invoice for the planning fee, initiating the process of crafting your personalized journey.

Step 2:

This is the fun part (for us!). After the planning process, you’ll receive one or two initial itineraries, and together, we'll refine them until your excitement is barely contained.

We book and coordinate each component of your trip including, ground transportation, trains, hotels, tours, and more. Whatever your trip requires, we make it happen (excluding international airfare). We’ll discuss this on our call.

Step 3:

We'll go through all the trip details together prior to your departure. Reach out via email or text—whether it's before, during, or after your journey.

Now, all that's left? Savor your once-in-a-lifetime trip, reassured by the knowledge that our complete support accompanies you at every juncture of your adventure.
